BJP leaders averted major tragedy

Patna(BiharTimes) : The serial bomb blasts during “Hunkar Rally” virtually made not only security personnel to look afresh the political mobilization through political rallies but the political parties and their leaders too. For the first time a political rally was made a target for blast at Patna. The  mammoth gathering of lakhs of people in Gandhi Maidan would have turned into a stampede if BJP leaders would not have adopted tactical strategy  to  meet this grim situation in a much matured manner.

“We immediately came to know about the serial blasts taking at regular interval just before dashing Narendra Modi at the rally venue but we kept on announcing that some crackers are exploded” said senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi.

One can imagine the grim situation when this crowd could have moved helter and skelter to save their lives.

A political analyst felt that such a huge rally was managed in a difficult situation due to their political training to manage public events particularly in RSS and Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarathi Parishad organization. Most of the other political parties devoid of party cadres fail to have organizational men to handle this kind of emergency situation.

Modi also levelled charge of neglecting security concern of the rally for which they had alerted the state government particularly for Narendra Modi. State could not arrange SUV for Narendra Modi for the reason of special security.
