Friendly fight between Congress, RJD in by-poll for five Assembly seats

Patna,(BiharTimes): There will be a friendly fight between the Congress and Rashtriya Janata Dal in the forthcoming by poll on five Assembly seats in Bihar.

According to Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) chief Ashok Chaudhary the alliance between the RJD and Congress is only for the parliamentary election.

The Congress had on Thursday already announced candidature of Sadiq Samdani, Nasar Ahmad and Manoj Kumar Singh for Kochadhaman, Baisi and Chirayya Assembly seats respectively. The name of the two other seats––Maharajganj and Sahebpur Kamal––would be announced soon.

The by poll on five Assembly seats will be held simultaneously with the Lok Sabha polls in Kishanganj, Purnia and East Champaran.
