Patna,(BiharTimes): The leader of opposition in the Bihar Legislative Council, Sushil Kumar Modi, has written a letter to the chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, questioning the inauguration of facilities at a government hospital in Patna by former Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar.
He said that the inauguration by Nitish instead of the chief minister amounts to demeaning the office of chief minister.
The former deputy CM said that such action demoralizes democratic values and was insulting for him and the people and the CM should stop their recurrence.
