Patna,(BiharTimes): Bhagalpur RJD MP Bolu Mandal has written to chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi demanding strict action against Vice Chancellor of Bihar Agriculture University Dr M L Choudhary for allowing a private firm to organize dance by scantily clad girls in the auditorium of the institute.

Deputy Mayor too has demanded action against those responsible for violating the sanctity of the educational institution.

However, the VC claims he was not aware of the nature of the programme that was organised by Mahindra & Mahindra and that he did not attend it. He has alleged that the organisers did not reveal the true nature of the programme. An FIR has been lodged by University administration in this regard.

“No one could have dared to indulge in such acts in my presence. I would have murdered them,” the VC was quoted by the media as saying.

Mahindra & Mahindra Company organized the function to felicitate farmers. Farmers from several districts of the state were invited and a cultural programme was held on Tuesday after the felicitation ceremony.

Reports said that some university officials were seen shaking their legs with bar girls on the stage.
