Patna,(BiharTimes): The leader of opposition in the Bihar  Legislative Council, Sushil Kumar Modi, said on Saturday that  chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi is imitating RJD chief Lalu  Prasad Yadav and is not serious in the development of Bihar.

Talking to the media in Gaya, the home town of Manjhi, the  BJP leader said that the chief minister had become the  laughing stock of the country by giving one controversial  statement after another every day. He does not appear to be  serious and like Lalu Prasad Yadav hanste-hasate (by cutting  jokes and poking fun) passing his days. Lalu had nothing to  do with the development of Bihar so has Manjhi.
