Patna,(BiharTimes): Patna high court on Wednesday transferred the case relating to the suspension of the Commissioner of Patna Municipal Corporation, Kuldeep Narayan, to a full bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Iqbal Ahmad Ansari.

The case will now be placed for hearing before this full bench. Meanwhile, Kuldeep Narayan will continue to function as PMC Commissioner as a division bench of Justice V N Sinha and Justice Prabhat Kumar Jha on Monday stayed his suspension by the state government. He would continue till the time the court delivers its final order in the matter.
