Patna,(BiharTimes): The Sankalp Rally of Janata Dal (United) at Gopalganj on Saturday witnessed unruly scene as the workers strongly protested against the district party chief, Sadanand Singh.
Raising slogans against Singh they demanded the party leadership to remove him as he is corrupt and despotic.
The trouble started soon after the state party chief, Bashishth Narayan Singh, started speaking.
The unruly scene prompted the chief minister Nitish Kumar to intervene and speak on the occasion. He appealed to the party workers to calm down.
