Three judges dismissed from job for sexual escapade

Patna,(BiharTimes): The meeting of the full court of Patna high court on Saturday decided to dismiss three serving judges posted at different places in Bihar as they were allegedly caught red-handed in a sexual escapade in Nepal.
The three are Hari Niwas Gupta, Jitendranath Singh and Komal Ram.
Gupta was the principal judge, Family Court in Samastipur and is now posted in Muzaffarpur. Jitendranath Singh is posted as Additional District Judge in Ara and Komal Ram is posted in Nawada as sub-judge.
The meeting was presided over by the Chief Justice, Rekha Manohar Doshit.
The dismissed judges would not be given any salary as well as pension.
The judges were charged that on Jan 26, 2013 they went to Biratnagar in Nepal where they stayed at Metro Guest House, where all arrangements were made for them. It was late at night that they were caught in compromising position with girls.
The raid was led by police inspector, Pradeep Singh, who informed the Superintendent of Police. When the SP came to know that they all are judges in Bihar he reportedly let them go.
But a daily of Nepal on Jan 29 exposed the story. Jitendranath Singh and Komal Ram were posted in Araria.
All the three judges were demoted and transferred.
The inquiry was done by the district judge Purnea, Sanjay Kumar.
