JD(U) not getting candidates to contest LS poll: Shahnawaz

Patna,(BiharTimes): The BJP MP from Bhagalpur, Syed Shahnawaz Husain, said that the JD(U) is not getting enough candidates so that it can field in all the 40 Lok Sabha seats of Bihar.
Talking to the media he said that hardly anyone is approaching the JD(U) leadership for ticket for the coming Lok Sabha election. The rank and file of the party is not confident of victory. They fear that the party would be routed in the election.
Husain said that it is because of this reason that chief minister Nitish Kumar is getting panicky and uttering something absurd.
The BJP leader‘s statement came in the wake of the refusal of three JD(U) dropped Rajya Sabha MPs––Shivanand Tiwary, N K Singh and Sabir Ali––from contesting the Lok Sabha election
