Budget Session starts with brief Governor’s speech

Patna,(BiharTimes): The Budget Session of the Bihar Assembly started on Friday with a brief speech by the Governor, D Y Patil.Though it is a Budget Session it would be only of nine days. After the speech the House was adjourned after obituary references.

The opposition parties criticized the speech which lasted for only three minutes.

However, the ruling party said that since the Governor underwent heart surgery the speech was brief.
