It was Chai Pe Chugli, says Nitish Kumar

Patna,(BiharTimes): Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar has dubbed Narendra Modi’s Chai Pe Charcha (Discussion on Tea) as Chai Pe Chugli (Grumbles on Tea).

“It is in fact Chai Pe Chugli), he said in his comments on social networking website Facebook.

He said those adept in “hawabazzi” (making inflated claims) indulge in gossiping over tea.

The chief minister said he had initiated a programme called Kam ki Charcha (Discussion on work) in Bihar in which people talk over good and bad things about the developmental works being undertaken in the state by his government.

He said people across the world are talking about rapid development the state made in recent years. The state had drawn appreciation from leading personalities like the Dalai Lama, Bill Gates and several other dignitaries from UK and European countries, he said.
