Patna,(BiharTimes): Chief minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday said the resignation of Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal, was quite expected and had to happen.

Talking to the media he said in the circumstances emerging there, he did not see anything other than what happened.

However, he emphasised that norms of parliamentary democracy should be followed at all cost. He highlighted merits of parliamentary democracy which guarantees equal rights to rich as well the poor.
