Patna,(BiharTimes): Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday refused to comment on the letter written by Shivanand Tiwary to the state party chief, Bashishth Narayan Singh, in which he strongly denounced the CM.

“There is no need to give any reaction,” was how Nitish told the mediapersons.

On the other hand the state party chief said that Shivanand Tiwary has the constitutional right to write a letter. But it appears that he has become too much angry. Sometimes people fail to control the anger. It seems that Shivanand Bhai is too much upset and has lost the cool.

He said that now that Shivanand and N K Singh have refused to contest the Lok Sabha election new candidates would be selected for Buxar and Banka parliamentary constituencies.
