See if efforts on black money are made sincerely or not: Ali Anwar

Patna,(BiharTimes): Rajya Sabha MP of Janata Dal (United), Ali Anwar, on Monday remained cautiously optimistic on the new government’s efforts to constitute Special Investigation Team (SIT) on black money, which held the first meeting on Monday.

“It is ok. Those political parties who spend huge money during election campaigning get assistance from corporate houses and a lot of black money is used which remain unaccounted. One has to see if the efforts are made sincerely or not,” Anwar was quoted by the ANI from New Delhi.

The meeting was chaired by Justice (Retd) M B Shah, and attended by SIT Vice-Chairman Justice (Retd) Arijit Pasayat and top officials of 11 high-profile agencies and departments.
