Patna,(BiharTimes): Former deputy chief minister and BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi has said that Bihar has three chief ministers.

According to him Jitan Ram Manjhi is the de jure chief minister, while Nitish Kumar is the de facto CM. However, there is another person, who is working as the super-chief minister. “I would not take his name, but he has been inducted into the cabinet recently,” he said while referring to none else but Rajiv Ranjan Singh, alias Lallan Singh. 

Taking a dig at the ruling Janata Dal (United) SuMo demanded that Bima Bharati should take oath once again as she had failed to read it on Monday. He said that this incident has brought bad name to the state. SuMo asked as to how a person can become minister without taking oath of secrecy. 

It needs to be recalled that Bima Bharati faltered while reading the oath and had to leave it.
