Lalu says Modi government will not fulfil any promise

Patna,(BiharTimes): RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav said that the recent electoral debacle had no impact at all on him and his party workers and that they would continue to carry their struggle against the BJP candidate at the Centre as well as against the state government.

RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav addresses party workers in Patna on June 5, 2014.

Addressing the party workers’ meeting called to discuss the defeat of the party in the recent Lok Sabha election he said that the Narendra Modi government would never be able to fulfil any of its electoral promises and within six months it would be fully exposed.

He said that the Presidential address to be made on June 9 would make it clear how much promises it is going to fulfil.

He said that though he had asked only the RJD workers to come to assess the situation more than 8,000 supporters have gathered and that too in such torrid heat. This shows how much enthusiastic the party rank and file are, he said adding that they are not at all demoralized and are in high spirit.
