Paswan’s Chirag prevents NaMo from uttering Shahzadeh even once |
Patna,(BiharTimes): The speech of the BJP’s prime ministerial candidate, Narendra Modi, was no match to his performance on Hunkar Rally day in Patna on October 27 last. While he was quite lethal in his attack on Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, chief minister Nitish Kumar and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav on that occasion on Monday he was somewhat subdued. With dreaded don of yesteryear like Rama Singh of Lok Janshakti Party very much present Modi was not so aggressive in his attack on criminalization of politics, nor did he speak much on corruption. While stating that nobody can now ignore the emergence of Dalits, tribals and downtrodden section of the society he went on to say that there are many people who do not want to see a backward casteman become the prime minister of the country. But in saying so he was not only attacking the Congress but targeted many others within who are upset over the saffron party’s alliance with the LJP and RSLP. Bihar-watchers feel that the tie up with LJP and RSLP may help the BJP expand the National Democratic Alliance––Modi called it National Development Alliance––but the truth is that it has tied the tongue of its prime ministerial candidate too. Thus he may be losing his USP.
