Patna,(BiharTimes): Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Ghulam Ghouse on Thursday threatened to quit the party and contest election as an Independent candidate if he does not get ticket from Paschim Champaran parliamentary constituency.

Talking to the media he alleged that the grassroot-level leaders are being ignored.

He strongly criticized the way candidates were selected by the party from among the Muslim community. He said that he had already expressed his displeasure to the party chief at the parliamentary board meeting. He regretted that the party had not given proper representation to all the sections in the Muslim community.
