Patna (BiharTimes):In a major setback to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, ex senior bureaucrat and former Rajya Sabha Member   N K Singh quit the Janata Dal (United).

In his resignation letter he expressed his frustration over prevailing situation in Bihar. He said that now Nitish Kumar government is focused only on political management after parting away from BJP and development has taken back seat.

Singh was considered as the man behind building brand image of Nitish Kumar particularly in media and intellectual circle was disappointed when party didn’t re nominated him for the Rajya Sabha and asked him to contest Lok Sabha poll from Banka.
