JD(U) asks RJD to rein in Raghuvansh

Patna,(BiharTimes): The state Janata Dal (United) chief, Bashistha Narayan Singh and party’s spokesman, Sanjay Singh, on Wednesday asked RJD to rein in its senior leader and former Union minister, Raghuvansh Prasad Singh, who according to them is harming the relationship between the two parties by his utterances.
Bashistha Narayan Singh said Raghuvansh babu has been repeatedly giving statements which go against the alliance between the two parites. Alliances are built on mutual respect and trust.
“I will advise the RJD leadership to rein him in,” he said.
Sanjay went further ahead to dub Raghuvansh’s remarks, especially against health minister Ramdhani Singh, as “bachpana byan” (childish utterances). He said Raghuvansh Babu is a senior leader of RJD and the latter is busy weakening him. “I would appeal to Lalu Prasad to restrain Raghuvansh Prasad Singh. The latter is not the chief minister of the state to ask for Ramdhani’s removal,” he said.
Raghuvansh was opposed to the very idea of RJD aligning with the JD(U). Political observers are of the view that since Lalu Prasad is recuperating in Delhi after a complicated heart surgery Raghuvansh has got enough opportunity to target Janata Dal (United) and even Nitish Kumar.
