Nitish to launch Sampark Yatra from November 12

Patna,(BiharTimes): Former chief minister and senior JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar would launch a 17-day long Sampark Yatra (Mass Contact March) from November 12.
As usual he would launch his Yatra from West Champaran district on November 12.
According to the state party spokesman Rajiv Ranjan he would cover at least two districts during the Yatra which would conclude on November 29.
During Yatra Nitish would once again make people aware of the need for special category status and tell them about ‘betrayal’ of BJP with the people of Bihar.
Reports said that after his return from New Delhi on Wednesday Nitish held a meeting with top JD(U) leaders including state President Bashistha Narayan Singh at his residence in which the programme of Sampark Yatra was finalised.
Before leaving for Patna Nitish had a meeting with RJD chief Lalu Prasad, who is recovering in Delhi after a complicated heart survery in the last week of August.
As the state goes for the Assembly election next year analysts are attaching much political significance to this latest move of the former chief minister.
