Samrat Chaudhary may visit London to study drainage system

Patna,(BiharTimes): In August Bihar’s urban development and housing minister Samrat Choudhary had to cancel his visit to England as Patna was facing acute waterlogging.
Two months later and within a fortnight to the chief minister’s trip to that country, he would be leading a delegation on a nine-day trip to UK from October 4 to study the 126-year- old drainage system of Kingston in London.
However, he would undertake it only if Patna is free from waterlogging at the time of his expected departure.
Kingston is the principal settlement of the Royal Borough in southwest London. It was the ancient market town and is one of the major metropolitan centres identified in the London plan.
