BJP should have sacrificed some seats to save alliance with Shiv Sena: LJP

Patna,(BiharTimes): The state Lok Janshakti Party chief, Pashupati Kumar Paras, on Friday said that as an elder brother the Bharatiya Janata Party should have sacrificed some seats to save the alliance with the Shiv Sena in Maharashtra.
Reacting to the break-up of alliance between the BJP and Shiv Sena he said that there is still time to save the 25 years old relationship as the last date of filing of nomination papers ends tomorrow (Saturday).
He said that the ties should not have breen broken as no one party is in the position to win election anywhere in the country.
Though he did not blame the BJP for the break up he said that as a big party it should have given some concession to to the smaller parties and like the elder brother should have saved the family.
On the other hand the food minister of Bihar and JD(U) leader, Shyam Rajak, said that the NDA is on the verge of collapse in Bihar and said that the saffron brigade was responsible for the break up of the Janata Party in 1979 both at the state and Centre.
He pointed out as to how the erstwhile Bharatiya Jan Sangh betrayed the then chief minister Karpoori Thakur in 1979.
