Patna,(BiharTimes): Union minister of state for human resources development, Upendra Kushwaha, strongly criticized the statement of Jharkhand chief minister, Raghuvar Das, that people of Bihar and UP would not be eligible for group C and D jobs in his state.

Talking to the media in Patna on Thursday he said such stand are against the spirit of the Constitution. BJP central leadership should look into the issue.
