Patna,(BiharTimes): Passengers of the Darbhanga-New Delhi Bihar Sampark Kranti Express had a miraculous escape on Sunday morning when a coach of the train got decoupled near Laheriasarai railway station just five kilometres from Darbhanga.

Nobody was injured in the incident.Reports said that when the engine was approaching Lahersarai one of the coaches got decoupled. This was preceded by a loud sound.

The first half of the train along with the engine continued with its journey. However, the driver stopped the train after a few metres. This is the second such incident to take place at this very point in the recent past.

Top railway officials from Samastipur division have also reached the spot. They are at present not in position to say anything.
