New Delhi, Aug 8 : Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was today heckled by a group of youths at the inauguration of the Delhi chapter of Bihar Foundation here.

As soon as he rose to speak, over a dozen youths began to shout slogans protesting against the alleged poor law and order in Bihar and waved placards prompting Kumar to comment that they had come under a pre-plan and question whether this was the right occasion for them to do “politics”.

The incident happened at Shri Ram Centre Auditorium here, where the Delhi Chapter of Bihar Foundation was organising ‘Pravasi Bihari Samman Puraskar 2014 to honour people of Bihar living in Delhi and NCR, who made outstanding contributions.
