Patna,(BiharTimes): While inaugurating the new building of Patna Press Club chief minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday laid the foundation of Press Club buildings in 31 out of 38 districts of the state.

He said that each building would cost Rs 77.12 lakh and the state government has earmarked Rs 24.91 crore for this purpose.

He said that now the mediapersons would be able to work from the Press Club and hold Meet the Press programme too.

These buildings would be constructed by Bihar State Building Construction Corporation.

Information and Public Relations Department minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, his department secretary, Pratya Amrit and Food minister Shyam Rajak also spoke on the occasion.
