Patna,(BiharTimes): Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday described the raids on the office of the Delhi chief minister as a “dangerous signal for democracy and federal structure of the country.”
“Had the Delhi chief minister been informed about the raids? It should not have been carried out the manner in which it was done. It is a worrying sign for democracy and the federal structure,” Nitish told the mediapersons.
There was a case against a certain official that dated back to 2007-08. How does it matter with the tenure of the present chief minister of Delhi? a shocked Nitish asked.
He, however, said he was not opposed to the investigation against any official. But Nitish did not comment on the way Kejriwal reacted against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
