JD(U) suspends seven Manjhi cabinet ministers

 


Patna,(BiharTimes): The Janata Dal (United) on Tuesday suspended seven ministers of the Jitan Ram Manjhi government only three days ahead of the trial of strength on the floor of the house.


The party had already expelled chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi.

Those against whom the party chief Sharad Yadav took action are Narendra Singh,Bhim Singh, Brishen Patel, Nitish Mishra, Mahachandra Prasad Singh, Shahid Ali Khan and Samrat Chaudhary. The state party chief Vashistha Narayan Singh had already recommended action against all these ministers. Action is likely to be taken against MLAs supporting Manjhi.

Party state chief Basishtha Narayan Singh had already asked them to put their resignation but they continued.
