Patna,(BiharTimes): BJP legislators stage sit-in on the campus of Bihar Assembly after the Speaker, Uday Narayan Chaudhary, granted the JD(U) the status of the main opposition. Vijay Chaudhary has been recognized as the leader of Opposition replacing Nand Kishore Yadav of the BJP.

In protest against the Speaker’s decision the BJP leader in the Assembly returned all the facilities he gets as the leader of the opposition. The saffron party leaders even raised slogans against the Speaker.Nand Kishore Yadav once again charged the Speaker with converting his office into the office of Janata Dal (United).Nand Kishore said the Speaker’s action was unconstitutional. “We have moved court against illegal action of the Speaker,” he added.
