Patna,(BiharTimes): Minutes before state governor Keshri Nath Tripathi was to address the joint sitting of the Assembly chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Friday morning went to Raj Bhawan to meet him. The meeting lasted for 15 minutes––roughly between 10:00 and 10:15 AM. The joint session is to start at 11:00 AM.This is an unusual development as chief minister was scheduled to go to the Assembly.The visit to Raj Bhawan sparked off speculations in the political and media circles as CM-governor meet minutes before the address is something surprising.

Meanwhile, the Secretary General of Janata Dal (United) K C Tyagi once again accused the BJP of fomenting trouble in Bihar. He said there is plan to impose President’s Rule in the state.
