Patna,(BiharTimes): Former Bihar chief minister and JD (U) leader Nitish Kumar said on Sunday that though the process of merger is on track no deadline has yet been fixed for it.Talking to the media after two-day (Jan 4-5) meeting of the Political Advisory Committee of Janata Dal (United) in Patna he said that the merger would be according to a set process and all formalities would be finalized.

He said talks in this regard was held on New Year’s Day too and the merger would be finalized after talks with the leaders of all the six parties.Among those ppresent in the Press conference was the state party chief Bashishta Narayan Singh.The party discussed the issue of merger in the two-day meeting. No opposition to merger was reported from within.
