Patna,(BiharTimes): The parliamentary affairs minister of Bihar, Shrawan Kumar, on Wednesday advised the chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, to speak carefully and not to raise controversies.

Talking to the media he said that Manjhi changes his statement after every two minutes. He is the respected chief minister of the state and should not shoot his mouth off.

The minister said that he was working under the chief minister and could not say much. But it is upto him not to change his statement and spark off unnecessary controversies.
“We would go to the double bench of the Patna high court. We would put our argument convincingly,” he said.

It needs to be recalled that Manjhi on Tuesday welcomed the ruling of the single bench of the high court, which reinstated the Assembly membership of the four JD(U) MLAs.
