Uncertainty taking its toll in Bihar: SuMo

Patna,(BiharTimes): Senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi on Thursday said that the political tussle between chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi and his predecessor, Nitish Kumar, is taking a huge toll on the development and law and order situation in Bihar.

Once again accusing Nitish of being power hungry the former deputy CM said that his former boss has been playing dirty games to upstage Manjhi and the latter is busy trying to save his chair.

SuMo said that not only the Janata Dal (United) but the bureaucracy as well as the entire administrative machinery have got divided into two camps in Bihar. For this he cited the example of recent bureaucratic reshuffle in which most of the top officials considered close to Nitish Kumar have been shunted out.Citing the example of parliamentary affairs minister the BJP leader said the Nitish Kumar camp in the JD(U) is trying its level best to malign Manjhi and get him replaced.

On the other hand the chief minister himself had said that his ministers do not listen to him.Sushil Modi claimed that some JD(U) legislators are against the merger of the party with the RJD and are feeling uncomfortable within.
