Patna,(BiharTimes): Bihar chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi said that judges do not do justice, but they only pronounce judgement.Speaking at a seminar on Immediate Solution to Land Disputes in Patna on Saturday the chief minister quoted the first President of India, Dr Rajendra Prasad, who had once asked
the judge in a case to do justice (nyay), upon which the latter said that he only pronounce judgement (faisla).
The chief minister said that the poor people do not get justice as they could not bring witnesses; and one knows how witnesses are bought.
