Patna,(BiharTimes): The media incharge of the Bihar unit of  Congress Prem Chand Mishra said on Tuesday that the Mssion-185  would fail in Bihar as it had failed in Jammu and Kashmir,  Haryana and Jharkhand.

In a statement he said that the BJP won 12 out of 14 Lok Sabha  seats in May 2014, but ended up getting 37 on its own in the  Assembly election. By that standard the BJP won 25 less seats  in the Assembly election held in December last.

He said that the saffron party would not be able to get the  majority in Bihar as the popularity of Narendra Modi had waned.  Mishra said that Rahul Gandhi is the leader of Congress after  Sonia Gandhi and he would welcome the former as her successor.
