Patna,(BiharTimes): A day after praising chief minister Jitan  Ram Manjhi the state BJP chief Mangal Pandey on Monday held the  deteriorating law and order situation in Bihar responsible for  violence in Azizpur village under Sariya block of Muzaffarpur  district. He said that criminal acts of a few persons are being given  communal colour.

Mangal Pandey said that criminals have a field day in the state  ever since the BJP left the Nitish Kumar government in June  2013. 

Though the BJP leader flayed the state government he did not  blame the chief minister directly for what is happening in the  state.
