Narendra Singh softens stand, not to join BJP

 


Patna,(BiharTimes): Stating that he is not at all going to join the Bharatiya Janata Party in spite of provocation. Agriculture minister Narendra Singh said that he had telephonic talks with the Janata Dal (United) national and state presidents, Sharad Yadav and Vashistha Narayan Singh, respectively and had met former chief minister Nitish Kumar to make them aware of his feeling after one of the party’s state spokesmen had asked him and two other ministers of the Jitan Ram Manjhi government to join the saffron party. In a statement he said that he is not seeking any action against any one.


Referring to the party spokesman Ajay Alok as ‘ladka’ (boy) the minister said that he had given such statement only to get media publicity.Narendra Singh once again said that he is not going to join the BJP, which is a party of corporate and whose policy, programme and style of functioning he totally opposes.
