Patna,(BiharTimes): Senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi said on Thursday that Janata Dal (United) leader Nitish Kumar and the RJD president Lalu Prasad Yadav have tied the hands and feet of chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi and are not letting him function independently.

Speaking at a function in Patna he said that these two leaders are creating obstacles in the working of the state government. Thus, the law and order situation had collapsed and no progress have been made in the last so many months.
