Patna,(BiharTimes): Senior Janata Dal (United) leader and state’stransport minister Ramai Ram agreed with RJD vice president RaghuvanshPrasad Singh’s statement that Nitish Kumar should not be projected asthe chief ministerial candidate for the coming Assembly election.

Talking to the media Ramai Ram said that all the leaders should firstcampaign and fight election unitedly. Projecting any as the CMcandidate may harm the poll prospect of alliance.

He said that it would be the people who would decide whose face ismore acceptable, and the name should not be thrust from above.

Earlier, Raghuvansh said that the alliance might have to pay the pricefor projecting Nitish Kumar as the CM candidate. The RJD leader saidthat there is resentment everywhere in the state and projecting Nitishmight prove counter-productive.

According to Raghuvansh homeguards, health department employees, kisansalahkar and lakhs of people are on warpath. So it would be better totread cautiously.
