Patna,(BiharTimes): Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad on Saturday hinted that an understanding among all the parties of Janata Parivar have come and a final announcement in this regard would be made soon.

He told mediapersons that anti-BJP front is the need of the hour as the Narendra Modi government had failed on all fronts.

He conceded that there is a technical hurdle on the path of merger, so all the parties have reached to an agreement that there should be a ‘maha-gathbandhan’ (mega-alliance).

Political observers are of the view that Lalu’s statement that the mega-alliance is about to come suggests that his party has made a climb down on the issue of chief ministerial candidate and seat-sharing arrangement.
