Patna,(BiharTimes): Senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi on Sunday held chief minister Nitish Kumar directly responsible for the death of children due to encephalitis in Muzaffarpur district.
He said all these children died of malnourishment. Children are dying for last one year and none else but chief minister is responsible for it.
He paid visit to Shri Krishna Medical College Hospital (SKMCH) and Kejriwal Hospital where many ailing children are getting treated.
