Can’t a Bihari teach yoga, asks Nitish on Amit Shah’s arrival

Patna,(BiharTimes): Commenting on the arrival of the BJP president Amit Shah to Patna to lead a yoga campaign at Moin-ul-Haq stadium Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar asked as to whether there is no Bihari left for this job.

“Where is there need for a person from Delhi to come for this purpose,” he asked hours before Amit Shah touched down at Patna airport on Saturday night.

He said that since the BJP people have failed in running the country their leaders are now resorting to abusive languages. They have brought in a culture of ‘gali-galoch’.

Referring to Buxar MP Ashwini Choubey’s recent remarks Nitish said see what type of languages they have used against Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Lalu Prasad and he himself.

According to Nitish the BJP is not competent enough to even name its chief ministerial candidate. How can they expect to get votes?

Meanwhile, RJD chief Lalu Prasad too has criticized the BJP’s campaign on International Yoga Day by stating that such type of yoga is practised by rich and affluent, whose waistlines have gone haywire.

The poor do not need to do yoga because they have to work hard. Farmers labour on the fields while Yadavs work tirelessly for their cattle, he said on Friday.
