Kaleja tod denge, state RLSP chief Arun Kumar warns CM Nitish

Patna,(BiharTimes): Jehanabad MP and state president of Rashtriya Lok Samata Party, Arun Kumar, on Saturday accused chief minister Nitish Kumar of harassing and torturing innocent men, women and children of a particular caste in Mokama-Barhaiya region of Bihar.

Addressing a joint Press conference with state BJP and LJP chiefs Mangal Pandey and Pashu-pati Kumar Paras respectively the RLSP leader asked Nitish to keep his hands off from that par-ticular castes (obviously Bhumihar). If not he would have to pay a heavy price.

Arun Kumar said that the people of this castes are not wearing bangles (‘churi nahin pehne hue hain’) and they would break the liver (‘kaleja tod endge’) of anyone who tries to commit highhandedness.
He said that policemen are breaking into the house of innocent people and vicitimizing women and children too. Why not take action against only those who are involved in the crime, he thundered.

Arun Kumar is also from the upper caste Bhumihars, considered powerful in Bihar's politics despite being hardly 3-4 percent of the state's 10.5 crore population.

He is state president of the Rashtriya Lok Samta Party, while party chief Upendra Kushwaha is a minister in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's cabinet.

Anant Singh is currently in custody for his alleged involvement in a kidnapping and murder case.
