RJD opposes move to annul all decisions of the Manjhi cabinet

Patna,(BiharTimes): The Rashtriya Janata Dal, which is supporting the JD(U) government in the state, on Thursday questioned the revocation of all the 34 decisions taken by the Jitan Ram Manjhi government in its last three meetings.

The party hopes that the Nitish government would consider some of them as they are in the larger interest of the poor people of the state. Party’s spokesman Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha, said that some of the decisions were not wrong. He said that there was nothing wrong if the policemen get 13 months salary, the daily allowance of homeguards are increased and the salary of Vikas Mitr is hiked. He said that it is true that his party is backing the Nitish government yet it sees no wrong in any decision taken for the poor people by the then Manjhi cabinet.

On the other hand Pashupati Kumar Paras, LJP leader and and brother of Union food minister Ram Vilas Paswan said that the Nitish cabinet’s decision is 100 per cent wrong and totally unjustified. How can one government change the decision of the previous government? he aksed. After all these decisions were taken for the poor people of the state, he said.
