Patna,(BiharTimes): Former chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Saturday called for the introduction of open book system if the state government fails to stop the unfair means in the examination.

Talking to the media in Gaya he asked the education minister P K Shahi not to play with the career of the students. He said that many universities in India and abroad have adopted open book system and there is nothing wrong in doing so. This would be btter than this mass scale copying.Meanwhile, RJD MP Pappu Yadav, while condemning Shahi for his remarks, called upon chief minister Nitish Kumar to change his portfolio if he can not sack the minister. The MP said that any move to tarnish the image of Bihar would not be tolerated.
