Patna,(BiharTimes): Expelled Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav on Friday threatened to resort to legal action against the party leadership as its chief Lalu Prasad has no right to throw him out after its merger. He also said that he has written to the Election Commission to seek an explanation into the matter.

Talking to news agency ANI, Pappu Yadav said, “I had already written to EC, if Mulayam ji has been elected as the party president, how can Lalu ji send me show cause notice?”

He further said, “I will have a word with Mulayam ji, will also take legal course of action if required.” Launching a scathing attack on Lalu Yadav, he said the latter was the biggest enemy of the backward communities. “Lalu Yadav is the biggest enemy of Yadavs and backward communities in this country (Yadavo ka, pichhdon ka agar koi sabsa bada dushman iss desh mein hai to wo Lalu yadav),” he told the news agency.
