Nitish backs Kejriwal, accuses Modi govt of creating obstacle

Patna,(BiharTimes): Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday came out openly in favour of his Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal on the issue of choosing chief secretary. He asked as to how in a democracy a chief minister can not be allowed to chose his own chief secretary. The CM has every right to do so. Nitish also called for giving Delhi a full statehood.

He accused the Narendra Modi government of creating obstacle in the functioning of the Aam Admi Party government.Nitish also criticized the BJP government of doing nothing for the sake of Ganga, but just expressing ‘chinta’ over its condition. He said that though much emphasis is given on the ‘nirmalta’ of Ganga the truth is that the river hardly exists in Bihar.

Thus Nitish Kumar has become the first chief minister to openly support Kejriwal. He has backed the Delhi CM in the past too.
