Patna,(BiharTimes): Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has inducted controversial former MP of Siwan Mohammed Shahabuddin in the new National Executive of the party.

Apart from jailed Shahabuddin there are several new faces. They include RJD chief’s two minister sons Tej Pratap and Tejaswi Prasad and his elder daughter Misa Bharti.

Shahabuddin is undergoing life imprisonment in murder cases and has more than 50 criminal cases pending against him.

Political observers are of the view that Shahabuddin has been rewarded for his loyalty to the party.
However, it remains to be seen of what use he would be for the party’s National Executive as there is no possibility of him coming out of prison.
