Patna,(BiharTimes): Eighty-three male and 10 female legislators of Bihar on Saturday donated blood at Cancer Awareness Seminar-cum-Blood Donation Camp organized under the aegis of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) at Assembly’s Annexe Building.

Speaker Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, ministers Shrawan Kumar, Tejaswi Prasad Yadav, former CM Rabri Devi, leader of opposition Prem Kumar and others were prominent among those who donated blood.
A lady MLA Rekha Devi fainted after donating blood.

Ironically, Rabri Devi, in her late 50s donated blood, but his health minister son, Tej Pratap, was not present on the occasion.

Appreciating the efforts the Speaker said that the blood donation camp would send a positive message across the country.
